Observation

1a) cleaners were stored in the closet of the bathroom on the floor. The door was not locked. A bottle of spray cleaner is also stored under the bathroom sink. The cupboard door is not secured. Both are accessible to children. Mary locked the closet door. 1c) sanitizer is in a spray bottle, not clearly labeled with its contents.
